The Youshiko YC9387(W) is a professional WiFi weather station with a landscape colour LCD console and an integrated 5-in-1 outdoor sensor (YC1130). Monitor wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, outdoor temperature and humidity, alongside indoor temperature, indoor humidity and barometric pressure.
Connect the console to WiFi to publish local readings to Weather Underground and Weathercloud, then view uploaded data from an internet-connected phone, tablet or computer. Internet time synchronisation, moon phase, historical records and customisable alerts bring everyday weather information together on one display.
The YC9387(W) combines local weather monitoring with a landscape display and online data sharing. Check readings on the console at home or view uploaded conditions through Weather Underground or Weathercloud while you are away.
Its 5-in-1 sensor monitors conditions at your own location, making it useful for gardeners, homeowners and weather enthusiasts. Optional YC80 sensors extend temperature and humidity monitoring to additional rooms or other suitable locations.
The YC1130 brings together a temperature and humidity sensor, wind speed cups, a wind direction vane and a rain gauge. Weather readings are transmitted wirelessly to the console, with wind updates every 12 seconds and temperature, humidity and rainfall updates every 24 seconds.
The outdoor sensor requires 3 × AA batteries, which are not included. Mounting brackets are supplied. Follow the user manual's installation and placement guidance to obtain representative weather readings.
Connect the console to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network and configure your chosen weather platform through the setup interface. The station can publish local data to Weather Underground and Weathercloud for viewing from internet-connected devices.
The outdoor sensor communicates with the console using 868 MHz RF transmission. The console uses WiFi for online upload and internet time synchronisation.
Set upper and lower limits for indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, along with alerts for rainfall amount, average wind speed and a fall in barometric pressure over the previous 30 minutes. Reaching a configured limit triggers an audible indication and display icons.
The clock alarm includes a five-minute snooze and an escalating beep pattern. When enabled, the ice pre-alarm activates the alarm 30 minutes earlier if the outdoor temperature is below −3°C.
Review maximum and minimum records with timestamps, together with hourly readings from the previous 24 hours. Records include indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, feels-like temperature, wind chill, dew point, heat index and pressure, with maximum values for average wind speed, gusts and rainfall.
The web interface provides access to measurement calibration settings and firmware updates. WiFi, wireless signal-strength and low-battery indicators help you monitor connection and power status.
