Returns:
Youshiko want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.

Youshiko Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all of our products.

You will find that the process for returning goods or cancelling your purchase under this cooling-off period is refreshingly straightforward.

Simply contact the Youshiko Customer Service Department via email, we will supply you with a Returns Number for our reference.

Always quote your Youshiko Order Number which is clearly displayed on your delivery Invoice.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the Returns Number, so that we receive it within 14 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Do not return goods until you have been given a Returns Number.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note: that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item delivered is faulty. As soon as we receive your returned order we will fully refund the purchase price of the order, less the item's original postage costs ( If any ) .

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are shipping an item over £50.00 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
