Our Guarantee Policy / Terms and Conditions :

The regular guarantee period is 1 years for all Youshiko products and begins on the day of purchase. Please retain the sales receipt (till receipt or purchase/invoice) carefully as proof of purchase. During the guarantee period defective devices will be accepted and you can send them back directly to Youshiko , Shipment must in all events be at your expense. We are responsible for deciding whether the device will be repaired or exchanged.

The guarantee shall expire if defects that have developed on the purchase item can be traced back to the following circumstances:

• inappropriate use
• Negligent or intentional damage due to personal negligence and/or unauthorized third parties
• careless or intentional damage by the purchaser and/or third parties
• any product which is tempered with or repairs or alteration undertaken by customer, user or third party without our permission or instructions, Void the warranty.

Not kept clean as per instructions in the user manual all the time.

Physically broken in any form or shape .

• changes or damage resulting from any force majeure (storm, hail, fire, power failure, lightning strike, flood, snow damage, frost action and / or other influences by animals, birds , insects or spiders etc

The guarantee shall also expire if a damaged and/or illegible or incomplete proof or purchase is presented. "this does not affect your statutory rights"
