The Youshiko YC9475 combines a solar-assisted 7-in-1 outdoor weather sensor with a colour display and a six-day forecast covering today plus the next five days. View measurements from your own location alongside forecast information supplied through ProWeatherLive (PWL).
The included YC1140 outdoor sensor measures temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV index and light intensity. The console adds indoor temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, calculated weather indices, moon phase and sunrise/sunset information.
WiFi connectivity supports publication of local weather data to ProWeatherLive, with onward sharing to Weather Underground, Weathercloud and AWEKAS when configured.

The key benefit is seeing current conditions and a multi-day outlook in one place. Your outdoor sensor measures the weather at your location, while ProWeatherLive provides forecast information to help you plan beyond the immediate conditions.
For gardeners, homeowners and weather enthusiasts, the combination of rainfall, wind, temperature, humidity and sunlight readings gives a detailed view of local conditions. Optional temperature/humidity and particulate sensors allow you to extend the system as your monitoring needs grow.
The YC9475 displays a six-day outlook covering today and the next five days. Forecast information supplied by PWL includes high and low temperatures and probability of precipitation, with local visibility and cloud-cover information also available.
These online forecasts are separate from the measurements collected by your outdoor sensor. Forecast updates and other PWL services require a working internet connection and the appropriate account and device configuration.

Please note: Product images show illustrative readings. PM2.5/PM10 air-quality readings require an optional YC74 sensor, which is not included.
The included YC1140 combines temperature and humidity sensing, wind speed cups, a wind direction vane, rain gauge, UV and light sensors, and a built-in solar panel. Solar power helps extend battery life rather than removing the need for batteries.
The outdoor unit transmits measurements directly to the console using 868 MHz RF. The stated range is up to 150 metres in open terrain; buildings and other obstructions can affect reception.

The mounting pole shown in the images is not included.
Connect the console to your WiFi network and configure the station in ProWeatherLive. PWL provides the online forecast information and receives your local station readings.
Configured onward sharing allows data to be sent to Weather Underground, Weathercloud and AWEKAS. CSV export is available through the supported online platform workflow.
The outdoor sensor communicates with the console over RF, not WiFi. WiFi connects the console to internet-based services.
Choose gust or average wind speed, view direction in degrees or 16 compass directions, and use Beaufort scale and wind-level information to interpret changing wind conditions.
Rain rate and hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and total rainfall records help you track both current rain and accumulated precipitation. Relative or absolute pressure readings sit alongside calculated feels-like temperature, heat index, wind chill and dew point.
View UV index readings from 0–16 and light intensity in Klux, Kfc or W/m². The console also provides a sunburn-time indication in minutes.
Sunburn-time indications are estimates, not a guarantee of safe exposure. Use appropriate sun protection rather than relying on the display alone.
The console displays time, calendar and weekday, with local time and date synchronised according to the device location configured in PWL. Sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset times add useful daylight and lunar information.
Moon phase can be configured for the Northern or Southern hemisphere. The colour backlight includes an auto-dim function, and the console also provides a buzzer alarm with ice pre-alert functionality.
Weather alerts are provided through the ProWeatherLive server. Maximum and minimum memory includes daily values and records since the last reset.
Add up to seven optional YC85 temperature/humidity sensors and up to four optional YC74 PM2.5/PM10 sensors. These are separate accessories and are not part of the included 7-in-1 outdoor sensor.
Install the outdoor sensor in a suitable position following the instruction manual, then pair it with the console. Configure the console's WiFi connection and PWL account details to enable the online forecast and sharing features.
Correct orientation, levelling and placement help the sensor collect representative readings. Keep the rain collector and solar panel clear, and check batteries and mounting security as part of routine maintenance.
