Very pleased with new sensor. I ordered a new one as the previous sensor had stopped working after 6 years. The replacement was sent almost immediately. Instructions given via email. Very clear instructions and I am happy to report all is working perfectly.

I had a problem with my weather sensor. I received detailed advice by email from customer service but it did not solve the problem. I ordered a replacement, it arrived exactly on schedule. The packaging was first class. The new unit is installed and working.

A shame about my other sensor station!
I ordered this as a replacement for my other weather station! The temperature sensor, costing a few pennies became faulty, and there was little help on line! So another bit of technology in the bin for the sake of a spare part,

Sad replacement but great service
Sadly after only about 3 years the outdoor temperature sensor stopped working. Great support to isolate the problem but sadly the only solution was a complete replacement unit. Let's hope this one lasts longer.

5 in 1 Sensor
This is a replacement unit for one which I thought I had damaged. It is telling us all we want to know about temperature and wind outside. It is also connected to the Weather Underground network.
