Radio Controlled Timekeeping

This atomic wall clock receives the UK MSF radio signal, a 60 kHz time and date code broadcast from Cumbria for the National Physical Laboratory and controlled by atomic clocks. The clock uses it to set the correct time and to check the time automatically, so there is no manual setting and no gradual drift.

The same signal tells the clock when British Summer Time starts and ends, so it changes itself in spring and autumn. Reception can vary from room to room, and a new clock may take a few minutes to find the signal when you first set it up.

Display and Design

The classic analogue dial has easy to read black and red numbers and hands on a white face, with a 12/24 hour dial. The aluminium frame gives this large radio controlled wall clock a sleek, premium look that suits both contemporary and classic interiors.
