The YC8021 is a radio controlled LCD digital clock for wall or table. It receives the MSF UK atomic clock signal so it always shows the correct time, with the date, weekday and indoor temperature on a clear digital display.
This UK radio controlled digital clock is constantly receiving the MSF atomic clock timing signal. It changes automatically for spring and autumn and checks the time automatically, with an accuracy of 1 second in 10 million years.
MSF is transmitted on 60 kHz from Cumbria and carries a date and time code that radio controlled products use to set themselves. The signal is controlled by atomic clocks and kept in step with the national time maintained by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL).
Choose between a 12 or 24 hour time format, with seconds shown alongside the month, date and weekday. As a digital clock with temperature, it shows the indoor temperature in Centigrade or Fahrenheit. The alarm has a snooze function, and the clock can be hung on a wall or used as a desk clock.

I was so pleased with my first clock that I bought another - one for downstairs and one upstairs. Now there is no need to be bored by the adverts before the 8 am TV news as the clocks are accurate to the fraction of a second.
Works perfectly, just insert the batteries and it sets itself up to the correct time, unlike my previous similar product that defaulted to European time.
