This large 30cm (12 inch) radio controlled wall clock has a silver aluminium case, a clear glass lens and a white dial with black numbers and black hands. A statement piece for a living room, office or hallway, it is the official UK & Ireland MSF version and sets itself from the UK time signal.
This UK radio controlled clock receives the MSF signal, a time and date code broadcast from Cumbria and controlled by atomic clocks, and synchronises with atomic time. It re-checks the time automatically, so there is no manual adjustment and the time stays accurate.
The signal also carries the clock change, so the clock moves between GMT and British Summer Time by itself. Reception can vary from room to room, and a new clock may take a few minutes to find the signal when first set up.
At 30cm across, the clear black numbers and hands on the white dial are easy to read from well across a room. The silver aluminium case has a sleek classic look that suits both modern and traditional interiors, and it holds its own on a larger wall.
