This 25cm (10 inch) radio controlled wall clock has a bold classic black and white design, with black numbers and hands on a white dial under a clear glass lens. As an automatic time setting wall clock it receives the UK MSF signal, sets itself and changes for British Summer Time, so there is nothing to adjust.
This clock listens for the UK MSF radio signal, a time and date code broadcast from Cumbria and controlled by atomic clocks. It sets itself from the signal and re-checks the time automatically, so it does not slowly drift the way an ordinary quartz clock can.
The signal also carries the clock change, so you never need to move the hands for spring and autumn. Reception can vary from room to room, and a new clock may take a few minutes to find the signal.
The bold black numbers and hands stand out clearly against the white dial, so the time is easy to read from across the room. At 25cm it has a confident presence without overpowering a wall, and the classic styling suits modern and traditional interiors alike.
