Overall the clock is very good, was easy to set up and so far has kept good time but ... the minute hand is 30 seconds out of sync with the second hand.

Excellent clock and excellent customer service. Only thing which was a surprise was the lovely soothing click of the second hand as it was described as being silent. That said it is very quiet, and I'm a very happy customer.
